Hi Michelle,

I'd like to follow up which VPS you run with AMR? Is it a hosting company?

Looking forward to your Web 2.0 update.

Thanks!

Hi Michelle, you have been an inspiration to me. I am sure that you will make your goals, now they are set, and you just need to break down and hit them on daily and monthly basis.

What do you mean "Become a vendor."? Do you want to create a product and sell it on Clickbank?

By the way, I don't know if I got your answer. How do you run AMR? Do you run it 24/7 on your home desktop/laptop? Or you run it on a Windows Dedicated Server? Which hosting company are you using if you don't mind sharing?

Hi Michelle!

Despite not meeting all of your goals, it's a great success! I can only imagine how many people quit online business with all these ongoing changes. To be frank, google has never been as vulnerable as in 2011. The previous updates never came close to this panda stuff.

And I guess they will continue to do this in 2012.

Btw, good tip is to bump PR of your PR1-3 sites. This is easily done with high PR blog commeting. I even had my PR4 up to PR6 after doing so. There are usually services on Fiverr and Warrior who can do high PR blog commenting ;)

Hi Michelle,

These are very interesting business numbers comparing the expenses and net profits for the two years.

An average of $17 an hour for a job with no commute cost while working in the comfort of your own home is great! Working at home is alive and well as you have politely shown.

I know you have expanded your web presents from 2010 to now and still maintain a similar outlay of overhead cost. I would guess this is from a positive set of check’s and tweaks to find what does work and those that do not.

Hard work and careful study do produce profit. I sure would think you numbers for next year will really excel. You have grown during some economic hard times for everybody and I know many big company's wish they could show the same profit line.

Well done! Alis volat propriis.

I haven't published a tutorial on setting up a blog network yet, but I might put something together (been meaning to for a long time) if there is enough time (deadlines are good, usually, as long as they are realistic). Let's talk over email about that.
<br>
I haven't had much success using lists to promote physical products, so you probably aren't going to get much help with me for that (most of my lists are on information type sites). I've heard some people have success with product lists, but it's definitely something I need to learn more about how to do successfully too.

Funny stuff about the treadmill. I have a good exercise bike at home, but I'm hoping paying good money each month for gym membership will get me there more often. :)

I've been a vegetarian my entire life, and find that when I go vegan I definitely lose weight (which for most of my life has not been desired, as I have often been a bit underweight). But I might look into Paleo as well. :)

I think it's awesome that you've got a private network of posting blogs, etc. - I really think that could be leveraged as an asset at some point, but having the thing to post to is something I envy. I'm still too lazy to do that.

I wanted to ask you if you had a tutorial on building your own high PR network? I wanted to put it in my new book, since it's something I learned from you anyway. Do you have a preferred post?

Anyhow, M, solid goals, and I don't think you have a problem with list management. I think being on your list is aces.

I mentioned in the Pond how I was going to use an email list on my physical product sites - WOW. That was an epic fail. I just didn't get enough traffic to justify it (but I do get sales), so it's something I need to learn, too, at least on the physical product niche sites.

I subscribed to a bunch of my competitors' sites: yeah. They didn't know what they were doing, either. :D

It might just be a niche-thing, or just require a heck of a lot more experimentation for me to figure out how to leverage it...Steve Scott's book, "Affiliate Marketing W/O the BS" is excellent, but it's centered around info-product emails, vs. physical products.

If you figure it out, I'd buy the WSO. :D
